However, everything you've created using the advanced modules will be left alone...and will be waiting for you when you buy a license and switch them back on. Yes. If you want to install Pro Edition via some other method like a custom installer or via manual one-by-one installation, no problem. All of the ProServer features like Branding Controls, etc, will still work fine.

Yes, Pro Edition can be installed on and run from a subdomain (i.e. 'subdomain.example.com') equally as well as it can run from a normal 'root' domain (i.e. 'example.com').
